## Brazil LGPD

LGPD applies broadly to processing of personal data in Brazil. Legal bases include consent, contract, legitimate interest, and others—similar in structure to GDPR.

Data subjects have confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, and information about sharing rights.
